Nicole Gsell is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Illustration and a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a Masters of Arts in Art Education. Originally from Long Island, New York, Nicole moved to Boston in the fall of 2010 to pursue a career in publishing and never left. She has illustrated three children’s books, most recently Spit and Sticks with Charlesbridge Publishing. Nicole currently teaches Art in Boston Public Schools, and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and cat Momo.
