Hannah resides in Brooklyn, NY, where she writes and illustrates picture books. She also makes pottery, sculpture, and fine art. She teaches both art classes for young kids and illustration classes for undergrad students. Her work is rooted in a deep fascination with ecological systems and how we relate to the species who share our planet. The types of media she uses in her illustrations can vary greatly with each new story she works on.
