Erika Sjule is a cartoonist, humor writer, and illustrator based in California. She is a self-taught artist, unless you count watching an appalling amount of 90’s Nickelodeon in her childhood. Erika’s art and writing have been published in The New Yorker, The Nib, The Stranger, and McSweeney’s. Erika loves drawing highly expressive characters and is always eager to discover new animated series and films– especially foreign classics.
