Chris Van Dusen is the author and illustrator of several highly acclaimed picture books, including the Mr. Magee series and If I Built series. If I Built a Car, the first book in his second series, won the 2006 E.B. White Read-Aloud Award. Chris is also the illustrator of the hugely popular Mercy Watson series written by Kate DiCamillo.
